Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology (EMK) is a gentle, body-based approach that uses muscle reflex testing to explore emotional patterns, stress responses, beliefs and experiences that may be influencing how you feel and respond.

Rather than trying to work everything out through the mind, we use the body as another way of exploring what may be underneath the pattern.

We start with what is happening for you now — a feeling, situation, relationship or pattern you’re struggling to shift.

Through muscle reflex testing, we explore what your body may be responding to and follow what comes up from there. Every session is different because there is no set script for what your body needs to explore.

You don’t need to know exactly what the answer is. You just need to bring what’s happening for you.

Yes. EMK sessions can be done online from anywhere in the world.

Online sessions use the same muscle reflex testing and Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology approach as in-person sessions. All you need is a quiet space, a stable internet connection and some time where you won’t be interrupted.

I work with clients online worldwide, as well as in person in Labin, Istria, Croatia.

All new clients must book a Deep Dive session first. This initial meeting allows us to get to know each other and identify the root cause of what you need support with. Balancing sessions can only be scheduled after completing your Deep Dive session.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you.

Missed appointments are non-refundable.
